Our office also has several years of experience in assisting personal representatives carry out their duties once someone dies. Being a personal representative can sometimes be an overwhelming and daunting task. We would be happy to sit down with you to answer your questions and explain some of the tasks personal representatives are expected to carry out. Should a court application be required in order to deal with the estate debts and to distribute the remaining assets (commonly referred to as probate), our office can assist in that process and help ensure that the deceased person's wishes are respected.
